The Everest Tasting Flight

The pinnacle of winemaking at Château Tanunda. As little as two barrels are produced, only in the best of years, from the finest parcels, and the finest barrel selections.
Select parcels are earmarked on arrival as potential Everest components. They are hand picked, basket pressed and spend a minimum of 21 months in finest French and American oak. The wines are then assessed with the very best barrels selected to be bottled as The Everest.
Once in bottle, the wine then spends a minimum of a further 2 years maturing in our cellars before release.
