This one-of-a-kind experience begins at the Château Tanunda Sydney Cellar Door on Nurses Walk. In the intimate surrounds of our sandstone tasting room, your evening starts with a private, guided tasting of our latest releases, hosted by one of our knowledgeable team members. Discover the exceptional character of wines from our acclaimed Single Vineyard and Terroirs of the Barossa series, including rare expressions from 50, 100, and even 150 Year Old Vines, some of the oldest in the world.
Following the tasting, guests will be personally introduced to our friends across the path at Tayim, one of Sydney’s most atmospheric and highly regarded restaurants. Nestled just steps away on Nurses Walk, Tayim’s Chef’s Table experience awaits. Here, you’ll enjoy a specially curated three-course menu, prepared before your eyes and expertly matched to the very same wines from your tasting. Middle Eastern flavours meet Barossa elegance in a pairing that’s bold, nuanced, and utterly memorable.
This experience is designed for curious palates and discerning guests, whether you’re booking solo, as a couple, or as a private group of up to 10 guests.
